Meet Taylor – founder, big dreamer, and the heart behind Little Village Therapy.
Taylor is the kind of paediatric OT who can turn a foam block, a ball pit, and a sprinkle of imagination into a breakthrough moment. With training in sensory integration, trauma-informed practice, and the beautiful art of co-regulation, she brings a blend of science, play, and genuine connection to every child and family she supports.
She believes therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and joy-filled — a place where little humans feel understood, parents feel empowered, and everyone feels part of a village. Taylor has a knack for spotting strengths, unravelling the “why” behind behaviours, and creating therapy journeys that honour each child’s nervous system, pacing, and personality.
As the founder of Little Village Therapy, she leads with heart-first values: relationships over checklists, curiosity over compliance, and teamwork over everything. She’s passionate about building a clinic where families feel held, staff feel lifted, and children can grow into themselves with confidence.
When she’s not dreaming up new programs, colour-coding the clinic, or championing her team, you’ll find Taylor on the floor building worlds with kids, celebrating tiny wins, or reminding everyone that “it really does take a village — and we’re honoured to be yours.”

Meet Grace – our gentle, joy-filled AHA who sprinkles curiosity and calm wherever she goes.
Grace is Little Village Therapy’s resident ray of sunshine. With a background in psychology, a deep love for child-led play, and the world’s most soothing “let’s try that again together” voice, she has a magical way of helping children feel seen, safe, and celebrated. Whether she’s building Lego worlds, coaching little hands through tricky motor tasks, or joining in a very serious round of playground pretend-play, Grace meets every child with warmth, wonder, and just the right amount of silliness.
She has a knack for spotting strengths, following a child’s lead, and turning therapy goals into playful adventures. Grace works closely with our OTs to support sensory regulation, social confidence, organisation skills, and the everyday stuff that makes childhood feel good. Around here we say, “Grace makes everything calmer, funnier, and just a little bit more magical.”
And honestly? It’s true. -

Meet Teihana – our Customer Care Coordinator and the calm, clever engine that keeps the Little Village humming.
If Little Village Therapy were a storybook, Teihana would be the friendly guide at the front gate — greeting every family with warmth, kindness, and that reassuring “we’ve got you” energy. She’s the first smile you see, the steady voice on the phone, and the organisational wizard who somehow remembers everything (including which child likes the blue swing and which parent prefers email over phone calls).
With a knack for turning chaos into clarity, Teihana keeps schedules running smoothly, supports families with empathy and genuine care, and makes sure every child walks into a space that feels safe, calm, and welcoming. She champions our values of connection, community, and kindness in every interaction, big or small.
Around here, we often say: “If you’ve felt supported, held, or heard, it’s probably because of Teihana.”
She’s the heartbeat of our front desk, the glue between families and clinicians, and an essential part of what makes our village feel like home. -

Meet Tiahna – Occupational Therapist, playful connector, and champion of children’s emotional and sensory worlds.
Tiahna brings a beautiful blend of calm, curiosity, and creativity to her work at Little Village Therapy. She is deeply passionate about helping children feel safe, seen, and successful — whether they’re mastering motor skills, navigating big emotions, or discovering how their sensory systems shape the way they move through the world.
With training in paediatric OT, sensory integration, and neuroaffirming practice, Tiahna meets each child where they are and supports them with evidence-based strategies wrapped in joy and play. She’s known for her gentle presence, her ability to tune into a child’s needs, and her talent for turning therapy goals into meaningful, engaging experiences.
Families often describe working with Tiahna as grounding and empowering. She builds strong relationships, collaborates closely with parents and teachers, and brings a warm, steady energy that helps children feel confident to try, explore, and grow.
In our village, Tiahna is the therapist who reminds us that progress happens in tiny steps, playful moments, and safe relationships and we are so grateful to have her as part of our team.

Meet Erin – Occupational Therapist
Erin is a warm, thoughtful Occupational Therapist originally from Ireland, bringing a calm, compassionate, and child-centred approach to her work with children and families. She has experience supporting children with complex disabilities and is deeply committed to helping each child feel safe, understood, and empowered in their everyday environments.
Erin values connection first. She takes the time to truly understand each child’s unique strengths, needs, and sensory profile, recognising that meaningful progress happens when children feel regulated, supported, and emotionally secure. Her sessions are playful, strengths-based, and evidence-informed, with a strong focus on participation, regulation, and functional independence.
With experience working with children with complex and diverse needs, Erin supports development across areas such as sensory processing, emotional regulation, motor skills, self-care, and daily routines. She works closely with families, educators, and the wider therapy team to ensure strategies are practical, consistent, and meaningful across home, school, and community settings.
Erin is passionate about neuro-affirming practice and believes every child deserves support that honours who they are, not who they are expected to be. She feels strongly aligned with Little Village Therapy’s “it takes a village” philosophy and is excited to be part of a team that values collaboration, kindness, and genuine connection.
Outside the therapy room, Erin enjoys exploring Sydney and making the most of our beautiful beaches — the wildlife, however, is still taking some getting used to

She has been a Scout leader and has also run numerous children’s programs through her church, giving her strong skills in group facilitation, leadership, and creating inclusive, fun environments where children can thrive.
At Little Village Therapy, Aleksia supports children through play-based activities that build confidence, independence, and functional skills, under the guidance of our Occupational Therapists. She is passionate about learning, collaboration, and being part of each child’s therapy journey.
